Pricing — transparent by design
One fee to be verified. Nothing on your deal.
Financial institutions and public bodies pay a one-off verification fee. Companies subscribe annually by size, renewing automatically each year until they cancel. That's the whole price list. Prices are final. Euro amounts are shown for reference; payment is taken in pounds sterling.
What you never pay
- No commission on any transaction
- No success fee, no percentage of your deal
- No brokerage or intermediary charge
- No charge to publish a Request or receive responses
Finance brokers are usually paid by the lender, typically 0.5% to 10% of the facility, built into its price: 2% of a £250,000 loan is £5,000. Here the price is a fixed annual figure, and nothing is taken on the deal.

The startup free year does not apply to the private option.

Why we charge a fee — and only a fee
The price of a serious platform.
Verified, not crowded
A paid verification step keeps out noise, tyre-kickers and anonymous accounts. Everyone you meet has skin in the game.
Aligned with you
We earn nothing from your deal, so we have no reason to push one. No commission means no conflict of interest.
Predictable
A fixed annual figure that renews on the same date each year, or a single one-off fee — nothing that scales with the size of what you're doing.
Pricing questions.
What finance and procurement
usually ask first
Is the verification fee recurring?
No. It is a one-off fee paid when your account is verified — for financial institutions, licensed investors and public bodies alike.
Does the annual company subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year at the price then in force, charged to the payment method you registered, so your access never lapses by accident. Reminder e-mails reach you 30 days and 7 days before each renewal, with the date and the amount. You can cancel at any time online in Your Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year, and you keep full access until then. See the Terms of Use for the details.
Do you take a commission on deals?
Never. We are not a financial institution and no transaction is executed on the platform. No funds pass through us, and we take no percentage of anything you agree with a counterpart.
What does the private option change?
It lets you register and communicate using your private contact details instead of your organisation's. For companies it is +£50 to +£100 (€59 to €119) on the annual subscription, by company size; for financial institutions and licensed investors it is a £300 (€359) one-off verification fee instead of £10 (€12).
Is the first year really free for startups?
Yes, for companies incorporated within the last 12 months. The first 12 months are free, with full access to Requests and the public & EU funds listing. At the end of the free year the subscription converts automatically into a paid annual subscription at £99 (€119) per year, about £8.25 a month: the first payment is taken on the first anniversary of your sign-up from the card you registered, then every year on the same date. Reminder e-mails reach you 30 days and 7 days before the payment, with the date and the amount. To cancel, go to Your Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription at any time; if you cancel before the first payment, nothing is ever charged. The free year does not apply to the private option.
What is the vendor due-diligence pack?
From the Small plan up, your legal and IT teams can download the Data Processing Agreement and the Security & Privacy Overview as PDFs from Help & Support, return the signed agreement there for countersignature, and send your own supplier or security questionnaire, which is answered within your priority-support reply time.
How does priority support work?
Micro, small, middle and large subscriptions come with a stated reply time for support tickets: within 2 working days for micro and small enterprises, within 1 working day for middle enterprises, and the same working day for large & public enterprises and SPVs when the ticket arrives by 15:00 UK time (later tickets the next working day). Working days are Monday to Friday, UK time. The confirmation e-mail of each ticket states its reply-by time.
How do credits work, and what do they cost?
Publishing Requests, browsing announcements and messaging connected partners are unlimited on every subscription. One credit is used only when you accept a hot introduction. Each subscription includes 3 credits; additional credits are priced by company size — £20 (€25) for startups, £40 (€49) micro-enterprises, £65 (€79) small enterprises, £100 (€119) middle enterprises and £500 (€599) for large & public enterprises and SPVs.
How do I know which company tier applies?
Startups: incorporated within the last 12 months. Micro-enterprises: up to 10 employees. Small enterprises: 11 to 50. Middle enterprises: 51 to 250. Large enterprises: over 250 employees; State-owned enterprises and SPVs use this tier whatever their size. You choose your tier at sign-up. If you are unsure which applies, schedule a short call and we will confirm before you subscribe.
What do members outside the twenty served countries get?
The same subscription at the same price. Requests, matching between companies, public notices, E-Grants and E-Tenders, consortia, teaming, messaging, the Vault and AI agents work as everywhere else. Only the financing features with financial institutions work differently, as a directory: you search the institutions yourself and choose, there is no financing matching, and no credit is used for financing contacts — you send a contact request that the institution may accept.
